Gun Charges
Gun Charges
The 2nd Amendment of the US Constitution affords us the right to bear arms and we take that very seriously at the Law Office of James Davis, P.A.
Unfortunately, if you are a convicted felon you may no longer possess a firearm or even a stun gun. Even if you are not a convicted felon, not knowing how to legally possess a firearm could result in a felony conviction, jail or prison sentence.
The State and Federal government will do everything they can to prosecute you if you have been arrested for carrying a firearm. Routinely the police misinterpret the law when arresting someone for illegally carrying or possessing a firearm. We will fight for your right to carry or possess a firearm and hold the police accountable for their actions.
